    1. This promotion is exclusively available to Retail Individual Current Account and Savings Account (“CASA”) customers of Cargills Bank PLC. This offer is not applicable to business, corporate, or joint business-purpose accounts.
    2. This promotion is valid from 20th September 2026 to 31st March 2027 unless extended, suspended, or withdrawn earlier at the Bank’s sole discretion in accordance with Clause 9 below.
    3. During the Promotion Period, eligible Retail CASA customers will receive a full waiver of the following fees, currently applicable under the Bank’s standard tariff:
      1. Cash withdrawals at Cargills Bank ATMs (currently Rs. 5.00 per transaction) – free of charge.
      2. Cash withdrawals at any other bank’s ATM islandwide (currently Rs. 30.00 per transaction) – free of charge.
      3. Online Common Electronic Fund Transfers (CEFT) through Retail Internet Banking or the Retail Mobile Banking Application (currently Rs. 25.00 per transaction) – free of charge.
    4. This waiver applies strictly to the transaction types listed in Clause 3 above. All other fees and charges under the Bank’s standard tariff – including but not limited to cheque book issuance, account maintenance, SMS alerts, and other service charges – remain applicable and payable as usual.
    5. This benefit is applied automatically to all eligible Retail CASA customers and does not require separate registration or opt-in, unless otherwise advised by the Bank.
    6. Upon expiry, suspension, discontinuation, or withdrawal of this promotion, standard fees and charges under the Bank’s prevailing tariff will apply to all transactions, without further notice, unless otherwise communicated by the Bank.
    7. The Bank reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or exclude any customer from this promotion in the event of suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse of the offer.
    8. The Bank reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period based on performance, financial impact, and cost recovery considerations. Any such extension will be communicated through the Bank’s official channels.
    9. The Bank reserves the right to discontinue, amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
    10. The Bank reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions applicable to the promotion at any time, without prior notice.
    11. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Cargills Bank PLC shall be considered final and binding.
    12. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional programme or offer of the Bank.
    13. This offer is subject to the General Terms and Conditions governing Retail CASA accounts and transactions of Cargills Bank PLC, which will continue to apply in all other respects.
