Limited Company

What we need;

Fully completed Application Form.
Certified Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
Certified Copy of Form 40 or Form 1 (Application of Registration), and the Articles of Association.
Board Resolution authorized to open an Account.
Certified Copy of Form 13 – Confirmation of the registered address (where applicable only).
Certified Copy of Form 20 – List of registered Directors.
Audited Financials of the immediate past two (02) years (if available).
Company Stamp.
