How to Deposit via Cargills Food City outlets

  • Fill the Cargills cash Voucher at the outlet , with either registered mobile number or account number of the beneficiary of your choice, along with the amount.
  • Once the cashier completes the transaction, you will be given a printed receipt of confirmation.
  • An SMS alert will also be sent to the account holder’s registered mobile number.
    How to Withdraw Cash via Cargills Food City Outlets
  • Provide your registered mobile number to the cashier, to withdraw money.
  • Ensure you are logged in to the Cargills Bank Mobile Banking App (Link to QR) an SMS alert with a One-Time Password (OTP), will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  • After receiving the OTP, click on the “Cash Withdrawal” tab and approve the transaction.
  • Once the cashier completes the transaction, you will be handed the cash, along with a printed receipt of confirmation.
  • An SMS alert will also be sent to the account holder’s registered mobile.
  • How to Purchase via Cargills Food City Outlets
  • Inform the cashier that the payment for purchases will be made via Cargills Bank mobile banking app and provide the registered mobile number to the cashier.
  • In the meantime, ensure you are logged-in to the Cargills Bank Mobile Banking App. An SMS alert with a One-Time Password (OTP), will be sent to your mobile.
  • After receiving the OTP, click on the “Purchase” tab and approve the transaction.
  • Once the cashier completes the transaction, you will be given a printed receipt of confirmation.
  • An SMS alert will also be sent to the account holder’s registered mobile

How to receive local money transfers via Cargills food city outlets

  1. To send money, Login to the Cargills Bank Mobile Banking App . Send cash from wherever you are, by entering the beneficiary’s mobile number, NIC number and the amount you need to send.
  2. You (the account holder) will receive a unique ‘Transaction Reference Number’ (TRN), which should be forwarded to the beneficiary.
  3. The beneficiary can walk in to any Cargills Food City outlet, fill in a send cash voucher which is printed on the right side of the Cargills cash Voucher  with the TRN, Mobile Number, NIC Number, and amount and hand it over to the cashier.
  4. The beneficiary will receive the cash, along with a printed receipt of confirmation.

How to activate Cargills Bank Mobile Banking

This has two steps

  • Download Cargills Bank Mobile Banking App (QR)
  • Register for Internet Banking Services (If you are an existing Cargills Bank customer)

Cargills Bank Account Holders can simply register for Cargills Bank Mobile Banking by downloading the Cargills Bank Mobile App,

  • If you are already registered for internet / Mobile Banking with Cargills Bank, you may simply login to the Cargills Bank Mobile Banking App, by using the same User ID and Password. It’s that simple.
  • If you are not registered, then sign up by entering your Debit Card number and PIN number on the Mobile Banking App.
  • Follow the quick registration process.

How to Register for Cargills Bank Mobile Banking – Offline registration

 

  • Don’t want to go through the online registration process? Then step in to any Cargills Bank branch, or talk to one of our dedicated bank representatives, at any Cargills Food City outlet.
  • Our staff will always be pleased to assist you. After you register for “Banking at Cargills Food City”
  • You will receive a User ID via email and OTP (One-Time Password) to your mobile, to login.
  • Enjoy using Banking at Cargills Food City on your mobile.
